Carrot) Spirals
1.
Cut off a 5 cm long piece of red carrot and peel.
2.
Cut a thickish continuous sheet using the
Katsuramuki
technique.
3.
Cut diagonally across the sheet to form 5-6 cm long strips.
4.
Place in water.
5.
Wrap the strips around a chopstick in a spiral shape.
6.
The strips should curl like this.
