Roll-Cutting Daikon Radish

1.Cut off a 10 cm long section of daikon radish. 2.Peel thinly with lengthwise strokes. 3.Cut in half.

4.Cut each half lengthwise again into halves or thirds. 5.Cut diagonally across one of the radish sticks. Roll it a quarter of a turn and cut off the next piece diagonally again. Continue rolling and cutting in this way. Repeat for each radish stick.
