21.Cut into the round semi-translucent parts covering the innards. 22.Insert both thumbs between the innards and the flesh covering them. 23.Move your fingertips toward the innards to separate them from the meat.

24.The innards have been neatly removed. 25.Make a cut in the base of the tentacles. 26.Open this up and cut off the beak area.

27.Gouge out the eyeballs. 28.Remove both eyeballs.
