Preparing Soft Cod Roe

1.Place the soft roe in a bowl and add a little salt.	2.Massage the soft roe lightly to remove the sliminess from its surface.	3.Massage until it looks something like this.
4.Wash off the sliminess in water.	5.Spread out the soft roe on a cloth to drain.
