Spoon-Cutting Konnyaku (Devil's Tongue Jelly)

1.Cut off pieces from the konnyaku cake with a spoon.	2.Cut so that the pieces are of the same size.	3. Place the pieces in boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.
4.Place in a sieve and allow to cool. The lime smell in the konnyaku will evaporate with the vapour.
