Konnyaku
(Devil's Tongue Jelly)
1.
Cut off pieces from the
konnyaku
cake with a spoon.
2.
Cut so that the pieces are of the same size.
3.
Place the pieces in boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.
4.
Place in a sieve and allow to cool. The lime smell in the
konnyaku
will evaporate with the vapour.
