Roll-Cutting Red Carrot (Kintoki Carrot)

1.Cut off a 10 cm long section of carrot. 2.Peel the section. 3.Cut in half lengthwise.

4.Cut each half lengthwise again into thirds. 5.Cut diagonally across one of the carrot sticks. Roll it a quarter of a turn and cut off the next piece diagonally again. Continue rolling and cutting in this way. Repeat for each carrot stick. They should be slightly smaller than daikon radish roll-cut pieces.
